Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between dgt33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and each individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dgt33 platform ("the User", "you", "your"). By creating an account or using any service offered by dgt33, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on dgt33, including live casino games, slot machines, crash games, table games, and sports betting. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or games; where they conflict with these Terms, the specific terms shall prevail. dgt33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. • You must be at least 21 years of age. dgt33 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual, not on behalf of any third party, business or organisation. Corporate accounts are not permitted on dgt33.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, either through dgt33 or any other platform, at the time of registration. If you are self-excluded elsewhere, you are obligated to disclose this.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number is used for account verification, security alerts and support communication.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dgt33 or any of its associated companies or technology providers.

Account Registration and Security

To use dgt33's services, you must create a single registered account. The following rules govern the registration process and your ongoing account responsibilities:

• Each user is permitted to hold one dgt33 account only. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dgt33 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• You must notify dgt33 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. dgt33 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the user failed to notify in a timely manner.
• Account sharing is strictly forbidden. Your dgt33 account is personal to you and must not be used by or on behalf of any other person, including family members.
• dgt33 may at any time require additional verification documents (proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method) as part of its KYC procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

dgt33 reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access; continued access is contingent on continued compliance with these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dgt33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. dgt33 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time, subject to prior notice where practicable.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. dgt33 does not accept cash deposits, money orders, or cryptocurrency.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. A withdrawal request to a different payment channel than the one used for deposit will not be processed until appropriate verification has been completed.
• dgt33 may delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, dgt33 may request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider. dgt33 does not add transaction fees on deposits; fees for withdrawals, if any, will be communicated clearly at the time of request.

All deposits made on dgt33 are intended for use in gameplay only. Depositing funds with no intention of playing — for example, solely to test the withdrawal process — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dgt33 offers bonuses, free spins and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for any specific bonus will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for that offer. General wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not used or wagered by the stated expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. dgt33 is not obligated to issue reminders prior to bonus expiry.
• dgt33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in account closure.

Gameplay, Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

dgt33 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Any form of fraud, collusion with other players, use of automated software (bots), exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Attempting to reverse transactions or initiate chargebacks through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with dgt33 support. Chargebacks are treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment. dgt33 must not be used to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, or any other criminal or prohibited activity.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening dgt33 staff or other players through any communication channel. dgt33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour directed at its team or community.

Responsible Gaming

dgt33 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all users:

• dgt33 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited , pending investigation.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits from within their account settings. dgt33 encourages all players to use these tools proactively. Once a limit is set to a more restrictive level, it takes effect immediately. Relaxing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary time-out (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting dgt33 support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to open a new account.
• dgt33 will never contact players with promotional material encouraging them to resume play during an active self-exclusion or time-out period. If you receive such communication in error, please notify support immediately.

Account Suspension and Termination

dgt33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time. The following are examples of circumstances under which account action may be taken, though this list is not exhaustive:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that dgt33 reasonably believes may be unlawful or harmful to the platform or other users.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure. dgt33 will process such requests promptly and without penalty to the player.
• Where continued operation of the account is deemed to present a risk to the player's wellbeing under dgt33's responsible gaming obligations. In such cases, dgt33 may act unilaterally in the player's interest.

Intellectual Property

All content on dgt33 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dgt33 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of dgt33.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dgt33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or repurpose any element of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

dgt33 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dgt33 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. dgt33 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times.

dgt33 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if dgt33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where such exclusions are not permitted by law, dgt33's liability is limited to the minimum extent required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

dgt33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dgt33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by direct communication to your registered contact details. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of dgt33 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
